Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancelation request can be placed up to 3 days before Eid ul Adha.
- Any change or Cancelation is possible up to 3 days before Aqiqah/Sadaqah date.
- In case of cancelation amount will be refunded back to the source account within 7-21 working days as per the Banking process.
- There may be deductions of Bank charges, in case of cancelation.
- In case of non-receipt of payment but debit from your bank account, payment receipt sent to their mail id, must be produced.
- Qurbani Easy has a policy, not to deliver your share of meat. You will have to manage the collection yourself within 2-3 hours of sacrifice, failing which, the same will be distributed to the needy people through our chennel partners i.e. NGOs, social workers. They will distribute it among the deserving and needy people.
- The preferred method of payment is bank transfer as there is no payment processing charges. Bank details are provided when an order is placed. When enabled we can offer payment via Credit or Debit card. Any card payments are handled by payment Gateway. Card payments take place in a secure environment on Payments Gateway servers and we do not see or record your card details. As part of the payment processing, Payments Gateway will receive and store your contact and billing information.
- Our subscriber/user may get their order confirmed by sending the screenshots of the payment made to us through online platforms like UPI, NEFT, Phone Pe, Google and Paytm etc. They will have to send the screenshot with transaction ID on our whatsapp no 9528206525 or on our email ID contact@qurbanieasy.com. Your order will be considered complete only when you receive the order number.
- Booking shall be considered completed, only when amount is credited to us.

- Jurisdiction of any litigation will be the city, Qurbani Easy is head quartered at.
