Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests can be placed up to 3 days before Eid ul Adha.
  • Any change or cancellation is possible up to 3 days before Aqiqah/Sadaqah date.
  • In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the source account within 7-21 working days as per banking processes.
  • Bank charges may be deducted in case of cancellation.
  • In case of non-receipt of payment despite debit from your bank account, the payment receipt sent to your email must be produced.
  • Qurbani Easy does not deliver your share of meat. You must arrange collection within 2-3 hours of sacrifice. Failing this, the meat will be distributed to needy people through our channel partners (NGOs, social workers).
  • The preferred method of payment is bank transfer (no processing charges). Card payments are handled by payment gateways in a secure environment. We do not see or record your card details.
  • Orders can be confirmed by sending payment screenshots with transaction ID to WhatsApp +91 9528206525 or email contact@qurbanieasy.com. Your order is complete only when you receive the order number.
  • Booking is considered completed only when the amount is credited to us.
  • Jurisdiction of any litigation will be the city where Qurbani Easy is headquartered.
