Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be placed up to 3 days before Eid-ul-Adha. Any change or cancellation is possible up to 3 days before your Aqeeqah/Sadqah date.

Refunds

In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the source account within 7-21 working days as per banking processes. Bank charges may be deducted in case of cancellation.

In case of non-receipt of payment (despite a debit from your bank account), the payment receipt sent to your email must be produced.

When a Booking Is Considered Complete

Booking is considered complete only when the amount is credited to us and confirmed by our team - not merely upon initiating payment or sending a screenshot.

The website reflects an all-inclusive pricing structure. Listed prices include all associated charges; there are no hidden fees. Cost of the animal may vary if booking is done during the last week of the Eid-ul-Adha period.
