• What you receive: what you receive depends on the option you book, and each option’s note states it clearly. For example: a Standard Goat video within 5 days of the sacrifice; Ikhlaas Premium Goat and Full Buffalo videos on the same day as the sacrifice; an Ikhlaas Premium Buffalo Share video within 3 days after Eid; and no individual video for Standard Buffalo Share or Standard Full Buffalo, where your booking status is updated upon completion.
• Shariah Compliance: every animal strictly meets Islamic guidelines before sacrifice.
• Meat Distribution: meat is distributed to the needy, ensuring your sacrifice benefits the deserving.
• Timely Process: completion updates and meat distribution are handled in an organized manner.
• 24/7 Support: our support team is available around the clock during the Qurbani period.
• Confirmation Email: you receive a confirmation email when your Qurbani is completed.
• Date of Your Qurbani: once the moon is sighted and the date is confirmed, we inform you of the date of your Qurbani.
• Payment: you can check your payment status through your booking email and the booking page linked in it; if your payment gets stuck, our team contacts you.
• Advice: our panel of Islamic scholars advises on Shariah principles.
• Transparency: we remain fully committed to transparency throughout the entire process.
• Accuracy & Resolution: if there is a problem with what was promised for your option (video, photographs or a completion update), you can raise it with our team on WhatsApp or phone.
