Service Agreement

This agreement, entered into between you ("the Provider") and Qurbani Easy ("the Service"), ensures that the Qurbani (sacrifice) booked through the Provider under the specified name(s) will be performed by Qurbani Easy, guaranteeing the appropriate sacrifice (Zabiha) according to Islamic principles.

The sole right to select animals based on weight, colour, gender, or location lies with Qurbani Easy. Qurbani Easy holds the right to perform your booked Qurbani on any day within the three-day period (10th, 11th, and 12th of Dhul Hijjah) of Eid-ul-Adha, primarily on a "First in First Out" basis. Bookings made on or after the 8th of Dhul Hijjah are likely to be conducted on the 11th or 12th rather than the 10th.

There is no predetermined agreement on the animal's weight between you and Qurbani Easy.

Payment & Booking

Payment is processed securely via the payment method you select at checkout. The website reflects an all-inclusive pricing structure - listed prices include all associated charges, with no hidden fees. Booking is considered completed only when the amount is credited to us. Cost of the animal may vary if booking is done during the last week of the Eid-ul-Adha period.

Animal Selection & Sacrifice

Qurbani Easy facilitates Qurbani during Eid-ul-Adha in various parts of India where needed, based on animal availability. All animal images featured on our website are purely conceptual and do not depict real animals intended for sacrifice.

All Qurbani is hand-slaughtered by practising Muslim slaughtermen without pre- or post-stunning, following government rules and regulations. Qurbani on larger animals outside the 3 days of Eid-ul-Adha is performed in a slaughterhouse only; since photography and videography are prohibited there, video/photo of the execution itself cannot be provided in those cases, though distribution photos are still shared once ready.

You will receive a video where your name is read out during Qurbani within 5 days after it is performed. Videos are provided only for full-animal orders (buffalo, goat), not for buffalo shares. Qurbani Easy does not raise animals on its own farms - all animals are sourced from reputable third-party suppliers, and any animal chosen is in good health and free from illness or disease.

Additional Terms

Orders for the second and third day of Eid-ul-Adha will be fulfilled in the order received. We require 48 hours to execute a Qurbani, Aqeeqah, or Sadqah order; expedited execution within 48 hours will be attempted but is not guaranteed and depends on queue volume.

Qurbani Easy performs Sadqah and Aqeeqah every Wednesday by default; a specific day of your choice can also be arranged. Orders from outside India are performed after Eid-ul-Adha Salah according to Indian date and timing, per Islamic law.

Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction of any litigation will be the city where Qurbani Easy is headquartered.
