We amend these terms from time to time. We will note the date that amendments were last made at the top of these terms, and any amendments will take effect upon posting. Every time you wish to use our Website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

The Website is managed and operated by Qurbani Easy (“us”, “we” or “our”). We manage and operate the Website from India with the server located primarily inAmroha UP. Though this Website may be accessible from anywhere in the world, the availability of the functions, products, and services discussed, mentioned, supplied, and provided through or on this Website may vary by state and region.

Qurbani Easy Service Agreement

• This agreement, entered into today between you, hereinafter referred to as “the Provider,” and Qurbani Easy, hereinafter referred to as “the Service,” ensures that the qurbani (sacrifice) booked through the Provider under the specified name of the animal will be performed by Qurbani Easy. The Service guarantees the appropriate sacrifice (Zabiha) according to Islamic principles.

• However, it is hereby understood and agreed that the sole right to select animals based on weight, color, gender, or location lies with Qurbani Easy.

• The Provider undertakes to facilitate the qurbani bookings for Eid ulAdha within three days of the specified period as mentioned in this agreement.

• Qurbani Easy provides assurance of efficient and timely execution of the qurbani as booked through the Provider’s platform.

• The preferred method of payment is bank transfer as there is no payment processing charges. Bank details are provided when an order is placed. When enabled we can offer payment via Credit or Debit card. Any card payments are handled by Phonepe. Card payments take place in a secure environment on Payment gateway servers and we do not see or record your card details. As part of the payment processing, Stripes will receive and store your contact and billing information.

• Our subscriber/user may get their order confirmed by sending the screenshots of the payment made to us through online platforms like UPI, NEFT, Phone Pe, Google and Paytm etc. They will have to send the screenshot with transaction ID on our whatsapp no 9528206525 or on our email ID contact@qurbanieasy.com. Your order will be considered complete only when you receive the order number.

• The website reflects an all-inclusive pricing structure. This means the listed prices encompass all associated charges, such as administration and service fees. There are no hidden fees to be concerned about.

• Booking shall be considered completed, only when amount is credited to us.

• Cost of Animal may vary, if booking is done during last week of Eid ulAdha period.

• Cancelation request can be placed up to 3 days before Eid ulAdha.

• Any change or Cancelation is possible up to 3 days before Aqiqah/Sadaqah date.

• In case of cancelation amount will be refunded back to the source account within 7-21 working days as per the Banking process.

• There may be deductions of Bank charges, in case of cancelation.

• Weight of the animal is subject to be changed, depending upon various conditions.

• In case of non-receipt of payment but debit from your bank account, payment receipt sent to their mail id, must be produced.

• We are a registered organization based in India that facilitates Qurbani (sacrifice) during Eid ulAdha in various parts of the country where needed. Your contributions will ensure that Qurbani is performed there according to the availability of animals. Qurbani can be conducted anywhere in India based on the availability of animals.

• We hereby declare that all animal images featured on our website are purely conceptual and do not depict real animals intended for sacrifice. Authentic images of sacrificial animals are not provided on the website.

• We want to clarify that the animal images featured on our website are purely symbolic and do not represent the actual animals involved in the Qurbani process.

• All Qurbani will be hand slaughtered by practising Muslim slaughter man without any pre or post stunning.

• All the qurbanis at Qurbani Easy are done following the rules and regulations set by government. The Sadqahqurbanis on bigger animals (Except 3 Days of Eid UlAdha) are performed in the slaughter house only. Since the photography and videography is prohibited in the slaughter houses, the videos and photos of execution cannot be provided. However the photos of distribution of the material will be sent to you as soon as they are ready.

• All the qurbanis at QurbaniEasy are done following the rules and regulations set by government. The AqeeqaQurbanis on bigger animals (Except 3 Days of Eid UlAdha) are performed in the slaughter house only. Since the photography and videography is prohibited in the slaughter houses, the videos and photos of execution cannot be provided. However the photos of distribution of the material will be sent to you as soon as they are ready.

• You will receive a video, where your name is read-out during Qurbani, five days after it’s performed. The videos will be provided only on orders of full animals (Buffalo, Goat) and not on Buffalo shares).

• Qurbani Easy has a policy, not to deliver your share of meat. You will have to manage the collection yourself within 2-3 hours of sacrifice, failing which, the same will be distributed to the needy people through our chennel partners i.e. NGOs, social workers. They will distribute it among the deserving and needy people.

• Meat distribution preference to be indicated 3 days in advance.

• In case of non-receipt of payment but debit from your bank account, payment receipt sent to their mail id, must be produced.

• Upon receipt of a valid order, Qurbani Easy will undertake the prompt acquisition of Qurbani animals in accordance with your chosen specifications. These specifications may include the type of animal, its size, and any religious requirements for Eid al-Adha, Sadqa, or AqeeqahQurbani.

• Please be advised that Qurbani Easy does not directly engage in the raising or nurturing of animals on its own farms or facilities. All Qurbani animals procured to fulfill your order will be sourced from reputable third-party suppliers within the market.

• Disclaimer: This disclaimer regarding the non-involvement in animal rearing and nourishment applies to all transactions conducted through Qurbani Easy.

• The orders booked for the second and third day on Eid-ul-Adha will be considered in the order of she-Goat or Sheep.

• Performing Qurbani, Sadaqah, and Aqiqah on a goat/she-goat or sheep is permissible in Islam if circumstances prevent the availability of a goat specifically designated for Qurbani. In extreme conditions where finding a goat for Qurbani is difficult or not possible, a sheep/she Goat can be substituted.

• Qurbani animals for sacrifice can be either male or female.

• Any animal chosen for sacrifice should be in good health and have no illness or disease including.

• We require 48 hours to execute the order of Qurbani, Aqeqah and Sadqah. If you want to get your order executed before 48 hours, we will try it but can’t guarantee because it depends on the number of orders we have in queue.

• In accordance with the order you have placed, Qurbani Easy assumes complete responsibility for the sacrificial process. However, it is important to note that this responsibility does not entail any specific agreement between you and Qurbani Easy concerning the weight of the animal involved.

• Qurbani Easy will perform Sadqah every week on Wednesday. However, any other specific day, as per your choice, can also be managed.

• Qurbani Easy will perform Aqiqah every week on Wednesday. However, any other specific day, as per your choice, can also be managed.

• Qurbani orders outside of India will be performed after attending Eid UlAzha Salah according to Indian date and timings because as per Islamic Law, we cannot perform Qurbani before Eid ulAzha Salah.

• Qurbani Easy collects the data provided by you, together with information we learn about you during our mutual communications and any relevant information already in the public domain.

• We may use your information to identify requirements, provide and personalise our service. We may also use your contact details to communicate with you. With your permission we may also use your information to send you offers and news about products or services which we think may be of interest to you. We may contact you by post, email or telephone for these purposes.

• Qurbani Easy reserves the right to change the day of Qurbani booked by you if we have more number of Qurbani on 10^thDhulHijjathen we can perform the Qurbani booked by you on 11^thDhulHijja or 12^thDhulHijja

• If you do not wish to receive commercial communications from us, please notify us at the time of contact.

• We would appreciate your input to help us improve our website, products and services. From time to time, we may contact you by post, email or telephone to ask for your opinion and experience. Again, if you do not want to be contacted for this purpose, please make this clear to our colleagues at the time of contact or via email.

• Jurisdiction of any litigation will be the city, Qurbani Easy is head quartered at.
