Qurbani Easy ("we", "us", "our") is a social-service initiative of Ziaco Agro, based in India, that helps families book Qurbani, Aqeeqah and Sadqah online. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with transparency and care.

Information We Collect

When you make a booking or contact us, we collect:

• Personal identification information: name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
• Booking details: the names and intentions (niyyah) you provide for Qurbani, Aqeeqah, or Sadqah.
• Payment information: you pay either through Airpay, our payment gateway (cards, net banking and other options on Airpay's secure page), or by UPI via our official QR code (UPI ID zaico@ybl, payee name M/S ZIACO AGRO). Card details are handled only by Airpay on its secure servers; we never see or store your card details. We keep the booking amount, the payment method and the payment status. Payments from outside India are not accepted.
• Communication data: records of your interactions with us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and confirm your Qurbani, Aqeeqah, or Sadqah bookings.
• Communicate booking confirmations, updates, and the video or photographs your option includes.
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• We may contact you on WhatsApp/phone to help you complete your booking. If you start a booking but do not finish it, the name, phone number and email you typed at checkout are kept in our private records to follow up and improve our service; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Improve our services and website experience.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

When you visit our website, we may set cookies to enhance your browsing experience:

• Essential cookies: needed for the website to work, for example to keep your booking (cart) and checkout details while you book, and for security.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to show us, in summary form, how visitors use our site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and booking steps such as adding to a booking, starting checkout and the booking amount; never your name, phone number or email). We use this only to improve the website.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Airpay, our payment gateway, to process card, net-banking and other Airpay payments. (UPI payments made with our QR code go from your UPI app to our account through your bank.)
• Our email service (SMTP) and WhatsApp, to send booking confirmations, updates and the video or photographs your option includes.
• Our team only: booking details (booking number, name, phone number, items, amount and payment status) are shown in a private Telegram group used by our team to confirm payments and manage bookings.
• Google (Google Analytics), which receives website-usage data as described under Cookies. Our team also keeps booking records and unfinished-checkout details in private Google Sheets that only our team can open.
• Legal authorities if required by Indian law.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain booking records and personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. If you send us an enquiry, it may be kept for customer-service purposes. Details typed at checkout for a booking that was not completed are kept in our private records to follow up and improve our service; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
• Request a portable copy of your data.

Messages sent through our contact form are checked by the form's built-in spam protection. Card and net-banking payments are processed on Airpay's secure servers. Booking details for our team are sent to our private Telegram group (Telegram's servers) and to our private Google Sheets (Google's servers).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
