Shagufta Batool

Shagufta Batool is the Admin Head at Qurbani Easy, and keeps the team running smoothly day to day.

What She Does

Coordination: keeps the team working together instead of working around each other. Morale: genuinely cares whether people feel motivated, not just whether the work gets done. A cause she believes in: her concern for India's oppressed communities shapes how she leads - with understanding, not just efficiency. Administration: keeps the systems behind the scenes actually working.

Her work is a big part of why the team functions as well as it does.
