This page sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) for using the Qurbani Easy website: www.qurbanieasy.com (“Website”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY STOP AND REFRAIN FROM USING THIS WEBSITE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.
We amend these terms from time to time. Amendments will be noted at the top of these terms and take effect upon posting. Every time you use our Website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
The Website is managed and operated by Qurbani Easy (“us”, “we” or “our”) from India, with the server located primarily in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
Qurbani Easy Service Agreement
This agreement between you (“the Provider”) and Qurbani Easy (“the Service”) ensures that the Qurbani (sacrifice) booked through the Provider will be performed by Qurbani Easy according to Islamic principles (Zabiha).
The sole right to select animals based on weight, colour, gender, or location lies with Qurbani Easy. There is no predetermined agreement on the animal’s weight between you and Qurbani Easy.
Qurbani Easy holds the right to perform the Qurbani on any day within the three-day period (10th, 11th, and 12th of Dhul Hijjah) of Eid ul Adha based on a “First in First Out” method. For bookings made on or after the 8th of Dhul Hijjah, your Qurbani is likely to be conducted on the 11th or 12th of Dhul Hijjah.
Payment and Booking
The preferred method of payment is bank transfer (no processing charges). Bank details are provided when an order is placed. Credit/debit card payments are handled by PhonePe/Stripe in a secure environment. We do not see or record your card details.
Orders can be confirmed by sending payment screenshots (with transaction ID) to our WhatsApp +91 9528206525 or email qurbanieasy@gmail.com. Your order is complete only when you receive the order number. Booking is considered completed only when the amount is credited to us.
All-inclusive pricing applies — there are no hidden fees. The cost of the animal may vary if booking is done during the last week of Eid ul Adha.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation requests can be placed up to 3 days before Eid ul Adha (or 3 days before Aqiqah/Sadaqah date). The amount will be refunded to the source account within 7-21 working days. Bank charges may be deducted.
Meat Distribution
Qurbani Easy does not deliver meat to donors. You must arrange collection within 2-3 hours of sacrifice. Failing this, the meat will be distributed to needy people through our channel partners (NGOs, social workers).
Animal Selection and Sacrifice
All Qurbani is hand-slaughtered by practising Muslim slaughtermen without any pre- or post-stunning. Animals can be male or female and must be in good health. Animal images on the website are conceptual and do not depict real animals intended for sacrifice.
Sadqah and Aqeeqah Qurbanis on larger animals (outside the 3 days of Eid ul Adha) are performed in slaughterhouses where photography is prohibited. Distribution photos will still be provided. Videos with your name recited are provided within five days for full animal orders (not buffalo shares).
Qurbani Easy sources animals from reputable third-party suppliers and does not operate its own farms.
Additional Terms
We require 48 hours to execute orders. Sadqah and Aqiqah are performed every Wednesday (other days can be arranged). Orders outside India are performed after Eid Salah according to Indian date and timings. Qurbani Easy reserves the right to change the day of Qurbani if needed.
Privacy
Qurbani Easy collects data provided by you and information from our communications. We use this to identify requirements, provide and personalise our service, and communicate with you. You may opt out of commercial communications at any time. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction of any litigation will be the city where Qurbani Easy is headquartered.
