1. Booking & Payment. By proceeding, you confirm the details entered (names, quantity, package) are accurate. Payment is processed securely via the payment method you select.

2. Nature of Service. Qurbani Easy acts as your wakil (authorized representative) to perform Qurbani/Aqeeqah/Sadqah on your behalf, in accordance with Islamic guidelines.

3. Distribution Model. 100% of meat/benefit from your sacrifice is distributed to poor and deserving families. No meat is delivered to the subscriber under any circumstance.

4. Timing. Qurbani is performed during the valid days of Eid-ul-Adha, under scholarly supervision. Aqeeqah and Sadqah bookings are fulfilled within the communicated timeframe.

5. Proof of Completion. Time-stamped photo or video proof is shared via WhatsApp within 5 days of completion.

6. Cancellations & Refunds. Refer to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy for applicable timelines and conditions.

7. Animal Selection. Animals are selected by our on-ground team based on Islamic eligibility criteria (health, age, absence of defects). Selection is final and not subject to subscriber preference for a specific animal.

8. Liability. Qurbani Easy is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (weather, logistics, force majeure).

9. Data Use. Names and details submitted are used solely for internal distribution tracking and are not shared with third parties.
